Re: Baker Conditions Thread

The sider wasnt working with this swell, but there is still a lot of sand @ the north end. A few of us caught the mid tide, going down. we cheated with setting up the squarewinch Rover.

Re: Montara Report

Grey Whale wasnt that great when I checked it earlier, around 2. Tide was a little low and it was breaking too far out. South end Montara looked much better. Sunday was fun at high.

South end. My phone pics make it look further out than it was. Most waves were reachable from shore.

Re: possible site for cramfest?

Scoped grey whale today at high. Sand soft but not terrible. Slope ok for the smaller swell. Montara was blown from the dubular.

Re: OFFICIAL CRAMIK SKIMFEST DATESKY

Grey Whale was decent this last Sunday on high tide. there is still slope there and Montara. Sucked when I was there with 57, which was at high tide, btw. Efren was there also. Soft sand is really bad at both Montara and Gray Whale, so even though they look decent, they are far from it. Ah...Yeah, ...

Re: OFFICIAL CRAMIK SKIMFEST DATESKY

Being that the forecast is showing mostly smaller South West swell for the weekend, it could be a good setup for Montara or Grey Whale, which work better on the smaller swells. Grey Whale was decent this last Sunday on high tide. there is still slope there and Montara. I'll keep an eye on it and try...

Sunday before last. Grey whale. I've been scoping it out lately, and its been hit or miss. Consistent on smaller swells.

Re: Nose Job

just coat all that in super glue, and you should be good for at least 3 months. Honestly, super glue is great for some repairs because it seeps into the fabric and seals up everything.

possible site for cramfest?

we rode this saturday. it's groomed, with plenty slope, a nice little left bowl off the rock, and some decent wrappables on the north end. plus, its pretty secluded. Might be a good alternative spot if the cove isnt good.
