pretty big and stormy until the beginning of next week. looks like it will start to calm down a bit around tuesday and hopefully all the sand wont be gone from the north end.

It was actually pretty fun today as the tide came up. The beach is set up alright, with a long consistent slope in front of the parking lot, although north end is pretty flat. Waves were nice until the win came up, probably worth checking tomorrow afternoon if the win stays downaaaa

is Baker always this blown out every afternoon this time of year? tides have been decent it seems but it has been blown out every day this week for the most part. every time I get off work I'm just bummed.

hopefully it gets better?

yes. Well, spring is usually nasty. This is a little later spring than normal. Summer is bad too, but you can usually get it calm in the morning and occasional evening glass off. Even so, this is a pretty deep, bad stretch we're going through right now. Hang in there.

Still no bueno? I will be in the City on Wednesday; wondering if anyone is planning on skimming baker or lefts? PM me if you are trying to skim it up on Wednesday the 6th.

You should try GRey Whale Cove/Montara. PM sessions have not been affected too much by the w plus the waves would be better during spring windswells or sumer flatspells.

I have been going from 6-7pm till sunset lately, my favorite part of the spring/summer season, sun goes down late!

Yeah it is a pretty damn bad spring this year!!!! Wright's and Guese have fired in the summer/fall in other years that have gone down this way though, so hopefully it's a sign of good things to come...

Will be checking Baker today around 5. Anyone know if the rocks are gone? Those high tides of a couple weeks ago really brought them in, but hopefully today the w will be down and it stays warm. Could be fun
