Need Cooking Help !

Hello,

I have a problem. My friends like american food and I told them that I can cook them for them but unfortenately I can't.
So now I need some good recipes of americen food to impress them so please help me with books, links and tips.

Try cooking network.Com, also you can go to bbquniversity.com . If you go to cooking network look up paula dean she has some good easy to make american food .I could have my wife hide in the kitchen and cook but it will cost!

ok, if you cant spell "American" right, then shame on you....also, i have a great recipe for you. get the biggest sausage you can find at the grocery store and shuv it up your butt.
