Went for a late session today, outgoing full high tide around 6.30pm...lots of fun, swell actually cleaned up a lot. Got two sick waves enough for me to be happy!

haha good to hear! we skimmed from 12:30-3:30 after driving to bodega in the AM and getting skunked. we skimmed south montara until tide got too high and then walked north. middle montara was kicking a nice left but the W made the haul you needed to make pretty much impossible. got a few until the W became too much.

was out there saturday for the skim, super sunny no dub and got a couple fun ones at the south end. Looking like it set for some serious side ways action if we got more of a south. for the mean time little wedge bowl that seem to pick up as the tide came up. serious tho you got to have that montara eye if you know what i mean.

well if your not at states you dont know where to skim. Potter rolling downtown style till the wave switched up and went sour. Slope and bumby, if you got the legs your home.

Few scraps despite the shitty swells over the past few weeks.

Haven't checked states yet, will do when I ride 880 south...

Need to check out some new spots soon when I have time.

Such a sweet day! Warm and sunny at the beach, not an ounce of w, calm ocean with soft waist high waves, skimmed till past sunset

It was last week, but pretty much sucked ass Saturday. States is still the best set up right now IMO, I haven't skimmed anything near as good although Gray Whale did look like it had the goods a week ago (but I wasn't there :( ).

Yea the w has been howling, surf wasn't so bad at Montara considering the w and the time of the year but no skim for sho.

GWC was about as w'y too, and the swell too messy, the slope is nice though, managed to get a lot further out that I though I would, but still to end up eating shit full speed on closing waves...

Tx man I've been meaning to check states for a while now! I hate driving to east side SC, as well as driving through SF (my pet peeve lol)

Montara has been pretty hit or miss..today, the north end had some occasional lines if you could battle the side shore dubular. Venice was set up nicely on saturday and has more slope than than states lately.

KInda curious about the super high outgoing high tide tomorrow night, the swell might be too small to match it up though...

SC Saturday looks good...if cool to talk about
