My Father lives real close to Kelley State Beach, but I always skim in Santa Cruz. I have not been skimming in about 3 months and I was going to my Dad's to visit for xmas anyways so I brought my gear. Ended up being one of the nicest days, close to no w, GREAT waves at high tide. As the tide dropped I noticed that it got worse. I did not care, one of the best Christmas's I have had.

Nice pics! Looks like Salmon Creek. So many offshore days with the lack of rain/storms so far this winter...

it's distracting and I don't know what the point of it is. It's so bold it's the 1st thing your eye goes to when you look at the picture (maybe that's what you want :D )

Yeah I agree. It's too big and like popping right out at you, taking away from the actual picture. The design itself is cool I think, but I would make it less bold and/or more transparent, so that it appears to be more blended in with the pic. You'll still have your signature on it and people will notice it, but it wont hurt the viewing pleasure of the actual photo. The only reason I would leave it how you currently have it would be if you are trying to sell the pictures and don't want people strealing them or something.
