ok ok here i go. Way back when when must you guys where just little people i got to go to the top of the golden gate bridge closest to the Marin side. Naturally i didnt throw pennies. At brige level it was a nice day on the bay with no wind. Got to the top of the brige and it was 40 mph and no place that you would want to be if it got worse. Yes you can see the handl railing up there.
